After a successful takeover in Malaysia, KMWE Precision Systems and Components in Eindhoven, one of the most reputable Dutch suppliers in the Aerospace and Defence industry, has decided to join forces with Coskonuz Savunma va Havacilik AS, one of the top 3 leading manufacturing organisations in the Automotive and Aerospace Industry in Turkey. The new organisation will continue its operations in Eskisehir, where Coskonuz already has an established company for the Aerospace industry.

KMWE gets into a 50/50 Joint Venture with “Coskunoz Savunma va Havacilik AS”, which is part of the “Coskunoz Holding Company”. Though this Joint Venture the company is able to provide high-quality, value added solutions to the Turkish and international aerospace customers as well for the defence industry for both local governments.
