Craftmenship is essential at KMWE. Working with the latest technologies and with the most modern machines. Continuous improvement. Making the product in the most optimal way, but also developing yourself. KMWE is proud of her employees and their craftmenship. This is shown during the yearly event, Ir Noordhofprijs, where the specialist of the year is chosen. An award also been won by several KMWE specialists. Our young talents yearly join the competition Vakkanjers, where also indivually and in group some great results have been achieved.

KMWE Precision Components Netherlands is known for its special shifting working hours system. This means the machines are running 6 days a week and you have a fulltime job divided in 3 days in a week. Together with your machine team you make the schedule for an optimal machine occupation.
