KMWE - Engineering

Engineering plays the key role in the development of functional mechatronic system and ready-to-install components, all realised by dedicated project teams of engineers with a wide variety of technical background.

The Project Managers, with a widely developed background, translate clients’ demands and wishes into competencies, which are necessary for successful implementation.

Competence management allows us to determine which competencies KMWE has and who is the most suitable external partner for the other competencies. Engineers utilise their own competencies, which can be externally supplemented at peak times. Project teams, when necessary, are complemented by external partners if the guarantee of this knowledge is of particular interest.
