Precision Systems, with sites in the Netherlands and Malaysia, is specialized in the assembly of high-quality mechatronic Systems, often assembled in a clean or cleanroom environment.

With over 1500 m2 assembly area our Precision Systems activities are very well equipped for the Just in Time delivery of fully functional tested modules and systems. These modules are mostly crucial to the performance of our customers equipment, such as:

• Product handling-  and positioning modules
• Structures, frames and bedplates
• Process chambers (vacuum) and cooling systems

These modules and systems always require a high level of:

• Repeatable quality and traceability by using our standardised working method (ProWorks) and SPC approach
• Reliability in supply as a Single Source supplier
• Functional Testing

Next to the assembly knowhow the Global Supply Chain Management and the various Logistic concepts play a crucial role in the Just in Time delivery of small batchsizes. More than 900 suppliers and over 20.000 different parts are handled by our Supply Chain Management department. KMWE uses Value Sourcing based on Q, L, T, C as tool for managing its suppliers.
