The Value Engineering approach is based on maximum integration of functions, reduction of complexity and making optimal use of the available capabilities of KMWE and its Global Supply Chain.
KMWE is able to realize the lowest Total Cost of Ownership by being involved in the New Product Introductions, in early stage, or during the life cycle of the product with pro-active Cost and Cycletime reductions or transfers to low cost regions.
Our Engineers are supported by experienced Project Managers who will work according the KMWE standardized project management approach. This allows them to manage, monitor and realize the upfront agreed deliverables within the agreed conditions.
