Micro machining cell

KMWE developed a dedicated, climate controlled, micro machining cell for the fully automated 24/7 milling of ink jet print heads. Statistic Process Control enables us to manufacture many thousands parts per year with tolerances of some microns without operator intervention.

Latest 24/7 5-axis production cell

Last year KMWE invested in the 2nd generation automated 5-axis production cell. Based on its experience of the 1st generation started in 2000 we developed a highly flexible system which is tailored to the KMWE requirements.
