KMWE Group PRIVACY STATEMENT

KMWE Group B.V., registered at BIC 1, 5657 BX Eindhoven, The Netherlands, is responsible for processing personal data via www.kmwe.com, www.werkenbijkmwe.com and www.careersatkmwe.com.

1. Personal data we process

– Contact details (name, email address, phone number)
– Information provided via forms (including CV and motivation)
– IP address and technical data
– Website usage data
– Any other data actively provided by you

2. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data based on consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation or legitimate interest (such as website security and optimisation).

3. Retention periods

– Contact forms: maximum 6 months
– Internship/BBL interest forms: maximum 1 year
– Applications via HROffice: according to configured retention period (maximum 1 year)
– Google Analytics user data: 14 months
– Event data: 2 months

4. Processors

We engage the following processors:
– Pindrop (hosting, servers in Amsterdam, EU)
– HROffice Recruitment B.V. (ATS, storage NL – Previder)
– Microsoft 365 (email processing)
– Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA)
– Hotjar (website analytics)
Processing agreements or appropriate safeguards are in place where required.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use functional, analytical and security cookies. Non-essential cookies are only placed after consent via the cookie banner. Google Analytics (GA4) and Hotjar are used for website analysis. Google reCAPTCHA is used to prevent misuse.

6. Transfers outside the EU

If personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this is done only with appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object and request data portability. Requests can be submitted via [email protected].

8. Minors

Our websites are not intended for individuals under 16 years of age without parental consent.

9. Security and data breaches

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
Serious data breaches will be reported in accordance with legal obligations.

10. Complaints and modifications

You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
